Events for January 22, 2013
1/22/13 M/W Basketball HOME vs. SJF - 6 & 8pm
(6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Men’s and Women’s Basketball will be at home against St. John Fisher. The Men’s game will begin at 6pm followed by the Women at 8pm.
Foreign Language Placement Exam
(6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
Exams are given in French, German, and Spanish.
Who needs to take the Placement Exam?
• Students who have taken more than two years of a language in high school and who intend to take the same language at AU must take the exam.
• Students who are bilingual or native speakers or who have spoken the language at home.
• Students do NOT need to take the exam if they did not study a language previously or if they are planning to take a different language in college.
• Students who wish to demonstrate proficiency in another language should contact Dr. Kerry Kautzman about procedures.
Please remember to bring your student ID and a 2 pencil.*
FREE T-SHIRTS!! AU Basketball vs St. John Fisher
(6:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
Descriptive: Come support the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams as they take on the St. John Fisher Cardinals at 6pm!! (its the first day of classes so there are no "I have to do my homework" excuses!)
The first 100 students to show up and present their ID will receive a FREE ALFRED ANIMAL HOUSE T-SHIRT!!
The Alfred Animal House is name of the Student section designed to promote Saxon Spirit and will create a home court advantage!
There will be a reserved section for students to sit together to be loud and rowdy, supporting OUR Saxon athletic teams!!
Invite your friends and come on down for a good time and have some fun!!
