Dale Inglett New Paintings
(5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
Exhibition Dates: Through Friday, March 22
The Cohen Gallery presents a new series of paintings and drawings by Dale Inglett, Assistant Professor of Art in The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Alfred University.
The abstract works mark a new direction for Inglett, whose previous works were informed by figuration. The paintings, which contrast smeared, scraped and fluid surfaces with flat geometric shapes, suggest elusive and shifting forms, atmospheric effects, and perceptual phenomena.

An Evening of Dance
(8:00 PM - 9:45 PM)
Original choreography by AU faculty D. Chase Angier & Rose Pasquarello Beauchamp; AU students Julie Verdone, Nathan Abel, Brian Pierce, and Sunny Cho; and Guest Artist Brian Brooks will be performed by AU students. Brooks has created a new work on 14 AU students during his Marlin and Ginger Miller Dance Residency.
The evening will include a variety of dynamic dance styles that include modern, contemporary, dance theater, and tap.
Admission is $5 for general audience and $1 for students. Please reserve your tickets by emailing performs@alfred.edu.

2/20-23 - Swim @ Ithaca

The Swim team will be away for the Empire 8/UNYSCSA. This multi day event will be held at Ithaca College.
2/22 & 23 - Track AWAY at Ithaca
(All Day)
Indoor Track will be away at Ithaca College for the NYSCTC, a two day event.
