Sponsored By: Foundations, CoLAB class and faculty M. Michelle Illuminato, Trevor Bennett, Brett Hunter

The evening will feature 10 puppet shows created by freshmen art students in the coLAB course. The coLAB course is part of the Foundations Program in the School of Art and Design at Alfred University. Students started the semester out as investigative reporters of the local news. They took what they learned and used the stories that they uncovered as the creative inspiration for their puppet newscasts.
You’ll learn about the new businesses in town, news about the paranormal activity in our Steinheim Castle, a local moose sighting, and the difficult issue of how hydrofracking might impact our local people and land.

Please join us for this evening of puppets telling the news!
