Retention Update
(12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Looking for an update on our ongoing retention efforts? Justin Cornelius, Kathy Woughter and Earl Pierce will talk with Support Staff and ATS members in Nevins from 12-1 PM on March 27. Attend the presentation and you will receive a coupon for one free fountain drink or any size coffee with purchase at Cyberfresh. Orders need to be made through the Kiosk. Coupons will be handed out prior to the presentation starting at 11:30 AM so you can order before or after the presentation. Come join us and bring any questions you may have.
Supervisor Training Opportunity
(1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
A supervisor training event will be held in the Nevins Theater on Wednesday afternoon, March 27, 2013 from 1-2. The topic is "Giving a Successful Performance Review" and will cover the why, when and what of the A-U performance management process.
3/27 W. Lacrosse HOME vs. Hilbert - 4pm
(4:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
The Women’s Lacrosse team will play at home vs. Hilbert beginning at 4pm.
Foreign Language Placement Exam
(7:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
Exams are given in French, German, and Spanish.
Who needs to take the Placement Exam?
• Students who have taken more than two years of a language in high school and who intend to take the same language at AU must take the exam.
• Students who are bilingual or native speakers or who have spoken the language at home.
• Students do NOT need to take the exam if they did not study a language previously or if they are planning to take a different language in college.
• Students who wish to demonstrate proficiency in another language should contact Dr. Kerry Kautzman about procedures.
3/27 Track @ Alfred State
The Outdoor Track team will be at Alfred State for a late afternoon/early evening quad meet.
