Earth Week: Water Taste Test

- Location: Alfred State's Central Dining Hall

Alfred State’s Sustainability Club will be promoting tap water with a fun challenge that asks students to see if they can tell the difference between bottled water and tap water.

4/23 Softball AWAY @ Oneonta - 3pm

- Location: SUNY Oneonta, Oneonta, NY

Women’s Softball will be at SUNY Oneonta beginning at 3pm.

Earth Week: Stuff Swap

- Location: Davis Gym
(3:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
Come and trade items you no longer need for items owned by your peers! Excess stuff will be donated to Opp Shop (located in Alfred Seventh Day Baptist Parish House) afterward.

4/23 Tennis AWAY @ Nazareth - 4pm

- Location: Nazareth College, Rochester, NY

Men’s Tennis will be away at Nazareth College. Match begins at 4pm.

Spring Fling Picnic

- Location: Perlman Lawn (Rain Location - Ade Hall )

AVI Fresh is serving up a picnic on Tuesday, April 23 on the Perlman Lawn from 5-8:30 p.m. The menu features BBQ Chicken Breasts, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Mac Salad, Grilled Portabellas, Strawberry Parfaits, Cupcakes and more.

Join us for great music, food, and fun. All guests will receive tickets for the Chinese Auction, prizes include Dining Dollars, Baked Goods, Jewelry, Local Gift Certificates, Movie Tickets, Summer Items, and Tickets to the OKGO Concert on Friday, April 26!

Please note that Powell and Ade will be closed for dinner to bring you this event. Rain location is Ade Dining Hall.

Earth Week: Film ’Thin Ice’

- Location: Cappedonia Auditorium in AState's Orvis Building

Alfred State’s Sustainability Club will show "Thin Ice: The Inside Story of Climate Science," a new movie that introduces the global community of climate scientists and examines popular critiques of their work.

Composition 2 Dance Showings

- Location: Miller 300

Come support Alfred Dance this Wednesday, April 24 at 7:30, Miller 300 while the Composition 2 class shows some of their work!

International Folk Dancing

- Location: Knight Club, PCC
