Indigenous and Americans United Meeting

This week’s conversation we will be planning events for Native American Heritage Month and deciding what topics we would like to adventure upon.
This is a great opportunity for you to become apart of an up-and-coming club that is bringing Native American history and culture to Alfred. You don’t have to be Native American to come; we just ask that you keep an open mind. We encourage diversity so come and join us in bringing history to Alfred.
Good Sense Gourmet Reservation Deadline

What are the benefits of whole foods? Are the myths about healthy eating on a budget true?
Find out while enjoying great food in an elegant environment. Also, help your fellow aspiring chefs by bringing a copy of a healthy, low-cost recipe to share. You can take home new, fresh, healthy recipes to try out!
The dinner will be covered by your meal plan, so if you don’t have one, please call or e-mail us for more information. Reservations are required and they go fast!
