Fall Family Weekend Sept. 15-17

Registrations are now being accepted for the Alfred University Fall Family Weekend. Sept. 15-17. There is no charge to register, although there is an admission fee for some activities, such as Saturday’s football game.

The weekend is designed to give parents and other family members “an opportunity to become better acquainted with the campus; to enjoy special events and activities and to interact with members of the Alfred University community,” said Bonnie Dungan, director of Parent Programs. “While our program will include many events planned especially for the visiting families, there is also unscheduled time for parents to spend with their son or daughter.”

There is no need to formally register, but pre-registration is encouraged for planning purposes. The reception/information desk will be at the Powell Campus Center. (And parents may pick up ther free buttons!)

Parents may dine with their students at Ade Dining Hall or Powell Campus Center café, or at area restaurants.
