University to host speaker on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
On Monday, Jan. 18, Alfred University will host Patrick Rogers, executive director of the Institute for Human Services, in Bath, who will present “What Kind of Citizen,” a look at all of our roles within society. The presentation will commemorate the national Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service.
Admission is free to the event which begins at 10 a.m. in Nevins Theatre at Powell Campus Center on AU’s campus. Refreshments will be served.
The Institute for Human Services is a non-profit management support organization founded in 1984. It provides management support; information and referral; organizational development; and research and technology services to planners, funders, and providers serving the Southern Tier of New York State.
