English Division accepting writing competition entries

The English Division in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Alfred University (AU) is once again sponsoring the Lelia E. Tupper Writing Scholarship Competition for high school juniors and seniors with first prize a University scholarship.

The competition honors Lelia E. Tupper, who taught English at AU from 1926-69 and is designed to not only recognize promising young writers but also to help stimulate interest in writing among all students.
