Office of the Provost

Strategic Planning

The provost is responsible for ensuring that a process is in place for involving campus constituencies in strategic planning. A Strategic Planning Council consists of representatives from the administration, faculty, staff, and students. The group is charged with reviewing the content of the Strategic Plan as presented each year, including budget, program, and mission review. Other planning projects are considered at the request of the president.
