Graduate Student House (53 West University, Alfred, NY)
The Graduate Student House is available to incoming Alfred University housing for their first year of graduate study.

The house is located close to campus at 53 West University Street, in a quiet neighborhood composed primarily of single-family homes.

The Graduate Student House residents pay the double room rate, which includes utilities, internet and cable service, laundry facilities, off-street parking, trash and recycling pick-up, yard maintenance, and snow removal. In addition, the house offers a private back yard, perfect for an outdoor BBQ or a place to relax at the end of the day.

The Graduate Student House is divided into two apartments, one three-bedroom (six occupants) and one two-bedroom (four occupants). Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave), full bathroom, and includes basic furnishings such as beds, dressers, kitchen table and chairs, and sofas.

Residents of the Graduate Student House must be 21 years of age or older and in their first year of graduate school at Alfred University. Students interested in living at the Graduate Student House should fill out an application.
