REGULAR BUILDING HOURS

Miller Performing Arts Center Monday-Friday: 7 am-11 pm, Saturday-Sunday: 7am-10 pm

School of Art & Design Buildings Cohen Art Barn, Harder Hall, Binns Merrill Hall & Hall of Glass are open to undergraduate students Monday-Sunday from 6am-2am with limited exterior access.

Cohen Art Barn always uses a door card access. Access is shut off for all between 2am and 6am.
At 10pm all remaining doors are locked excluding:

Hall of Glass (back door)
Hall of Glass (front door)
Harder Hall loading dock door
Harder Hall door that is closest to the outdoor kiln facility (a single door with a railing facing the parking lot)
McGee main door facing Allen Way (glass doors).

At 12am, all doors are locked. Undergraduate students who are in the building may stay until 2am. Those requiring access between 2am and 6am must request access through the limited access hours form but must arrive before midnight for access. These will be limited, and all must be approved by the Dean or designee.

We trust that all students will respect the exit time and acknowledge the efforts of our public safety officers and facilities staff time and duties.

WOODSHOP TRAINING Wood Shop training is required every academic year for every wood shop patron. Please signup for a training time on the form outside the wood shop door! Trainings available until mid September

UNIVERSITY POSTING POLICY

Approval Required for all posted items
Include name of sponsor, date, time, and location.
Posting limited to campus sponsored/recognized events.
Post only in designated locations. Do not place on walls, floors, doors, windows, painted surfaces, columns, or on public art.

Get poster approved:

Bring printed posters to the Arts Communication Office BMH 149-153. Office hours M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Fill out approval slip
Posters will be stamped weekly on the posted, designated day (Listed on office door). Pick up following day
Distribution is the responsibility of the event organizer

POST ONLY ON GOLD INFORMATION BOARDS Help our custodial staff and hang flyers, posters, postcards and other paper only on the gold information boards. Tape damages paint and is difficult to remove from windows. Items posted on windows, stairwells, walls, columns or elevators will be removed.
