Following his time as a student, Leo accepted a full-time position as an Admissions Counselor for Diversity and Partnerships Initiatives at Alfred University. He spent one year in this role before being recruited into his current role as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Specialist at QBE North America, where he’s been for the past two years.
