Kristin Rubisch is currently the Development Manager at Counseling In Schools, which provides in-school mental health services and after-school youth development services to more than 10,000 youth in New York City each year.

Kristin has more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit industry in fundraising, development operations, and communications. Through her various roles, she has supported organizations with budgets ranging from $1 million to more than $30 million annually. Much of her non-profit experience includes organizations committed to youth development and empowerment. Kristin also previously worked in both the government and higher education sectors.

Kristin has her Bachelors Degree from Alfred University in Communication Studies and Political Science, and her Masters Degree from American University in International Communication. In her free time, she enjoys singing in a local community choir and learning Gaelic.

Kristin earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and communication studies from Alfred University in 2010.
